Precious periwinkle romper and skirt set from the 1940s. The waist of the romper and skirt is a cotton knit in a contrasting white and red. Material is a rayon jersey which is especially rare to find. Mother of pearl buttons along the bust for closure. Puff sleeves. Truly precious!
Overall good vintage condition. There are fades, some sun spots, and a few small holes throughout. There are also mends on the bottom hem of both the romper and skirt. This was definitely loved - however, it does present nicely.
Estimated size extra small due to bust but please refer to measurements. There is stretch to this garment, with the most being at the cotton knit waist.
